Neighbourhood Plan passed at referendum on July 6

Highgate gave the Neighbourhood Plan a resounding 88% Yes vote on July 6. It is already being used by the Councils for planning applications.

Thanks to all those who campaigned for the vote and, of course, to all those who worked on the Plan.
