Funding for community-led housing project

We have learnt that Locality – the organisation appointed by DCLG to support Neighbourhood Planning groups – has got funding available to community groups interested in progressing a community-led housing project.

Have you got an idea?

Up to £50,000 is on offer via two different grant types to groups (parish/town councils, NP forums or local community groups) who want to take a project to the point of planning permission. Find out more.

Do please get in touch with us if you have an idea and we would be happy to talk this through with you further. (This project can happen within or outside a Neighbourhood Plan.)
