We have learnt that Locality – the organisation appointed by DCLG to support Neighbourhood Planning groups – has got funding available to community groups interested in progressing a community-led housing project.

Up to £50,000 is on offer via two different grant types to groups (parish/town councils, NP forums or local community groups) who want to take a project to the point of planning permission. Find out more.
